Considering many celeb chefs have opened Vegas outposts lately (Jean Georges, Ducasse, Robouchon), it was just a matter of time before Gordon Ramsay made a big splash. This is it. A spacious, superb steakhouse at Paris Las Vegas with homespun favorites such as Beef Wellington (left), an epic feel and Queen-inspired decor that yells "British!" Apropos considering reality TV buffs know Ramsay as a screamer. Still, in the year of the London Olympics, this one is gold.
