Rarely do you find Brazilian food sidling up to Japanese on the same menu, but that's what SUSHISAMBA has done so well the past few years. And whereas you may never have wondered what it's like to down sashimi "seviche" with a caipirinha, these people make that unlikely pairing a very real possibility. For brunch, one favorite is the maple caramel French toast with seasonal fruit, dusted with powdered sugar (above). Mmmm.
