The Art of a Great Brunch Scene
If you love movies and food, you can either watch a DVD of 'Julie & Julia' eight million times or visit Foreign Cinema -- where art-house films and Cal-Mediterranean cuisine collide. For brunch, expect a montage of appetizing creations such as homemade "Pop Tarts," Croque Madame and fried eggs drizzled in balsamic with a garlic-potato hash (above). Unfortunately, brunch matinees are sparse.
