Two Men And A Truck

I am deployed overseas when I decided I no longer needed to have an apartment. I had a few requirements. They had to be able to work with me over email, they had to be able to rearrange my mess of a storage facility, and they had to be able to pack up my place for me. Other companies recommended using Two Men for this. There was some complication after I had given all my information to the secretary there. When they arrived, it was like they hadn't received anything that I had told them! They were surprised they had to pack up the place, they said the quote would end up being twice as much, they didn't have my card that I gave them for payment on file... But, after some communication (and learning that the secretary I talked to got fired for incompetence), they admitted that the wrong quote was their fault and adhered to their original price. They packed up everything just fine, despite not being aware they'd have to. There was some confusion regarding a clothes washer that wasn't taken due to a confusing issue in communication. However, at no extra charge, they came back out, got it and stored it away with no problems. I have to say, the way they handled that issue was probably what really sold them as a good business. I would definitely use these guys, again.

I highly recommend this company! We had an issue, they give you 96 hours after your move to make any claims. It just so happened our move was two days before Christmas. On Christmas day our washing machine flooded the house because the mover forgot to hook up the drain pipe. We had a water damage restoration company out that night and Monday morning before I had a chance to call Two Men and A Truck, they called to check up on us. I informed them about the flood and they immediately sent the supervisor out to take a look and speak with the restoration company and informed the restoration company that the bill was to be sent directly to them! There was no argument, no qualms, they were immediately reactive and put our minds at ease. This was our first time buying a house, our first time dealing with movers, and the first flood we've ever dealt with....and it was far less painful thanks to Two Men and A Truck and the restoration company!! Aside from that, the guys were awesome! There were two guys the first day (packing) and the second day for moving the same two guys brought a third guy. They were all very courteous and friendly. I had heard horror stories about movers before, but their packing was awesome, their sense of organization was far better than I'd anticipated. I am thoroughly pleased with this company and if I ever need to move again, I will absolutely call this company again!!!
