        Don't rent a property that is ...

        Don't rent a property that is managed by this guy, Kevin. He is one of the rudest individuals that I've ever met. Customer service and decent common curtsy is lost to him. He doesn't get back with you when you put in a service repair for even the simplest things. I would pay more in rent if the owners of our house would dump this guy and use a real professional service not some vagabond that works out of his house/trailer.
