Sears Auto Center

A few mnths agoi went to sears to gt a set of new tires. once i gt my tires on my car started having a whole set of new problems. As u cn imagine....i was very fustrated! I was very impressed with hw the entire team came together the resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Special thanks to the manager.....i cnt remember her name but shes a petite cocasion pretty lady. She actually test drove my truck herself. Special thanks to lusious...nt really sure if im spelling his name right...but hes a "bronco" like me. He kept me calm and happy. There was also a korean guy...forgot his name too...but he was awesome! Everyone pulled together as a team and made my long experience a good experience! Their where other people involved tht day i jst cnt remember everyones name. I wnt to say thank u thank u thank u!!!! U guys rock!!!! I ll be back soon for my oik change....Thanks guys

Yesterday (Feb. 8), Phillip H. of Sears A & E Factory Service repaired my range that had a problem with the fan. During his visit, he pinpointed the problem immediately, explained the repair and offered some great information about the different types of warranties offered through Sears. Great job and excellent customer service!

sears sold me a weedwacker last December and it has been in shop more than here sears would not give me a new one so it has been repaired 3 times and it is still messed up it is a 4 cycle it cost me like $255.00 i will never buy a product from them again poor customer service

I was 9 months pregnant and having early signs of labor coming. so called to book they fit us in right away. the prices are great and customer service! ask for katie she was great with positions and our daughter. our pics turned out amazing and just in time! Ty sears and katie!
