Prudential All American Homes

We have used this agency to manage our property for sometime. Previously we have been too busy to really follow up on their performance. Just recently it has become very clear that there is no professionalism, timely response to any of our phone calls, rental check arrives at the end of the month and when I went to their website up pops a site in Chinese no indication that the site belongs to them. No current listings of how to contact them. The agent that we are dealing with somehow believes we work for her rather then the other way around. On one occasion I went to the office only to be treated like I was a customer looking to rent property. It took another agent walking by to acknowledge me as a client. The reception spent the entire time texting on her cell phone. They receive rent payment no later than the 5th of the month but I do not get payment until after the 16th of the month. I will immediately sever my ties with them. I do not believe this is a reputable agency.
