If you enjoy hot headed individuals who guess their way through a stylist career then look no further because the worst job on a head is their expertise. Please sit back and enjoy the biased criticism as they gang up on you when you don't agree with their procedure or outcome of your hair. Don't forget to endulge in their price inflation mid way through your tour and good business is defined as customer error when a stylist makes a mistake; don't worry, the cost is on the customer due to extra material used as is said by the owner. And to top off your lavish experience, be sure to enjoy the lack of communication when a complaint is given. Due to the lack of common sense given at hot heads, the customer is left wondering what will be done to fix the issue. So if you attempt to not compensate the horrible service and customer experience, enjoy having the employees lock the doors and call the police. Quite literally the employees didn't know how to fix the issue nor did they know how to accommodate the customer and the customer was left waiting on an answer for over 45 minutes!!! Wow, so proud of this place for their horrific business ethic. Tell me, how does a $155 reverse hombre turn into a $275 bag of pink cotton candy??? 🤣🤣🤣
Enjoy your over priced head of split ends here at hot heads. Don't worry, I fully expect a response. Your business is a joke and more experiences like this from other costomers is all you need to succeed in failier. If their is no belief to this, I have a video recording and phone call to the customer that was recorded during the confrontation. I would be glad to submit proof to anyone in disbelief thanks to the handy dandy ACR app. 😃 The candy on top is the employees of hot heads waving and smiling during the confrontation straight in my camera lenses.

Best hair salon around. I am extremely selective when it comes to hair and this place does it right. Quality, friendly, professional staff that are knowledgeable in the hair industry. If you want a great haircut and still have money in your wallet at the end of the day this is the place.

Absolutely love that place the stuff is very friendly and owner Tika is so sweet. Place look very nice and modern and always clean!! Definitely would recommended to everyone!!
