We are renting a house & when we moved in the fridge wasn't making ice & pouring out water. Since our rental company uses these guys we don't have a choice. There customer service is horrible. I would never use these guys otherwise. They have terrible appointment block times of 4.5 hours. I don't have time to wait around that long. The lady taking down information isn't very nice. If they really cared about there customers they wouldn't make you wait around for them. Also, it took about 3 months just to get our fridge taken care of which they didn't fix the problem & when they had to replace a part they didn't follow up with replacement. It took my to follow up with them.
Awful service. I waited three months for a part to come in. I called 17 times. Finally, when I called my warranty company and told them that I would contacted the better business bureau on both of them, my part just so happen to come in right while I was on the phone. Then, I had to waited another two weeks before they had an available date for someone to come out to install. Two weeks went by, and the service tech never showed up. When I called, I was told that they mistakenly did not put it on the calendar. So, I called the Attorney Generals office. Funny how they came out the same day they were called.
