I went to Compton in 2008 when I decided it was time to divorce. My ex was an alcoholic/addict. He offered a discount the day I went to him, but because of my faith, and even though I'd walked out on my husband 3 yrs prior, it was still hard for me to finalize the end of a long marriage. Compton didn't baby me, but was proffessional. I did have to pay a little more, since I didn't know my ex's physical address, and because of drug activity, also didn't think it safe to go over there. I wasn't working, so after talking to him about payments, he allowed it, for which I was grateful. I paid it off in 2-3 months, and then they called me to pick up the divorce papers. When I received a receipt in the mail about the payments, the wording was a little confusing, and when I asked an officer worker about it, she assured me it was paid off in full. I'm satisified with the work he did for me. I noticed he has a lot of military clients, and I've referred him to others seeking a divorce lawyer.

TERRIBLE LAWYER!!!!! RUN!!! Doesn't return calls, zero communication, billing errors (oh and then he will bill you for the phone call to bring said errors to light), did absolutely NOTHING for me and for my case. I am only grateful I learned this before he was able to do any real harm to my case. The only harm being the money I wasted on him. What kind of lawyer accepts a negotiation resolution on the opposing party's "word!?!?!?!?!?" There are some GREAT lawyers in Fayetteville, he is not one of them!!!
