        They usually have medicines that other pharmacies don't have or it would take to long to get. If they do not have it, they usually can get it within a day or two. Great service with friendly people. Sometimes they are REALLY busy, but with a Starbucks's right inside Harris Teeter next door it is not so bad waiting.

        Best Pharmacy Ever

        I would recommend Cape Fear Drugs to anybody. They are the friendliest, warmest pharmacy I've been to and the fastest. I have never had a problem with their service. They have always gone out of their way to make sure I get the medicines I need. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The big drug stores only see you as a number, not counting waiting for hours to get your meds refilled.

        WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

        They did not contact me when there was a problem with my script, after leaving my cell phone number with them. It took 6 days before i got my prescription. Not before they lost it, blamed me for it, and i had to go to back to doctor to get new one. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.
