My experience seems to be quite different from most of the people who left reviews. I chose this clinic based on reviews and ended up completely dissatisfied with it. I gave it 1 star because I liked the hygienist there. If you need crowns, I strongly advise you to go to a different place. I needed to replace my old crowns and those from Allience turned out to be worse than my old. Military approved of sending me to another doctor even though they paid Allience for all the work, because the crowns are chipping (not even half a year) and the margins are bad. I find staff and doctor pleasant but hardly caring for patience. I will never go back to this clinic.

The service here is excellent. This is the best dental office in the Fayetteville, NC service area. I recommend anyone looking for a dentist that they go to Alliance Family Dental.
