Visionary Eye Care

My family go to Visionary and the service is excellent. I would recommend them. The staff at the front desk are great and Dr. Thomas Brown is wonderful!

I came here a few weeks ago to get an eye exam. The entire staff, from the front office staff (the receptionist), to the lens technician who helped me pick glasses to Doctor Brown were really very nice and professional.



It's been a few years since I'd had an eye exam but I felt completely at ease with it all. The lady that helped me pick my glasses was VERY informative, telling me which frames complemented my facial structure and which colors made my eyes "pop" (her word).



Just based on this one experience, I would absolutely recommend coming to this eye care clinic. They are all very nice and professional.

My wife and daughter had an eye exam in May 2015 and were wrongfully charged out of pocket $93.50 when this company should have billed our insurance for that amount. After confronting Sarah about this explaining to her that our insurance company would cover that amount she tried to argue that my wife was not correct and tried to fight giving her a refund. When my wife went back to their office to get the refund put back on to her credit card Sarah charged her another $93.50 instead of refunding. When we called Sarah to notify her that they charged us again, the company(office manager) refused to write us a check for the amount they in their own error took from us. So not only were we not given our initial refund we ended up having close to $200 taken from us and we ended up having to go to our bank to dispute the charges. Sarah tried to apologize for the error yet in the same breath refusing to refund us immediately. That's the same as me snatching $100 out of your hand and then apologize for doing it but not hand you back your money.



I would strongly advise that no one use Visionary Eyecare in Fayetteville GA. The service is poor and they do not care about there customer based on our experience.
