I had a chimney topper system installed by Louis , the owner. After the warranty period expired, ironically , the topper system started rusting and dripping the rust down my white brick chimney. I found out that Louis installed this system by using nails, instead of the industry standard, stainless steel screws. The nails had rusted so badly that two of the nails heads had fallen off. i had it repaired by Chimney Solutions, who secured the correct way, with stainless steel screws. Louis, the owner came out to my house a while back, and left me a voice mail that said, among other things, that he wasn't going to do anything about it, but would be glad to sell me a new system for $950.00. Don't waste your time with Louis, call someone who will back up their work .
