Their staff was friendly enough, but i went in as a new patient for a simple cleaning their price was 69 so i thought it was a good deal. when i got there they took a lot xrays, which i did not need because my last dental visit was 5 months before and i had xrays done then. when i refused to pay 276 dollars for their extensive cleaning i was told i would not get a cleaning period and that the 69 dollars was just for xrays. only when i refused to pay did i get a simple cleaning. They also tried to tell me i needed $1700 worth of dental work, which is not true. i'm 34 with very healthy teeth and gum. Do Not Go here!!!! they have very shady business practices.

This dentist is NOT recommended at all! I went into the office for a regular cleaning and left with a procedure that is performed on periodontal diseased patients. I have very healthy teeth & gums. I had a filling on a healthy tooth that ended up with an unnecessary root canal and crown! Fayetteville Dental has contracted rates with various insurance companies (much like many other offices) and make up the money that they are losing by charging you and your insurance company for unnecessary procedures. I recommend going to a dental professional that has your teeth opposed to you pocketbook as the first priority.
