We have used The Errand Girl pet sitting service several times over the past few years for our two cats. They have always been well looked after. The Errand Girl has always kept us informed about them while we were gone and even sent us photos. I can't say enough good things about The Errand Girl! She has provided pet sitting services for us when we traveling, both domestically and internationally. We love our little kitties and were a little stressed about leaving them, but The Errand Girl made us feel completely at ease. She sent us pictures each day that she visited which made us very happy! I would highly recommend this service!
The Errand Girl cleaned my apartment every other week for a year. They always did a great job and were wonderful to deal with -- very flexible, for example, if I needed to change my regular time. Thorough, professional and friendly. I highly recommend The Errand Girl.
I needed help caring for an elderly family member and The Errand Girl really helped. They are organized and well staffed. They were able to coordinate grocery delivery and regular check-ins AND relay pertinent information to me, even though I was 2000 miles away. There is a reason they have been in business for 16 years, they do a great job. I would not hesitate calling for help again.
I can't help but wonder if "llbster06" below was perhaps confused with another errand service when she wrote her review back in 2009?! My husband and I moved to the Garfield AR area in late Aug of 2012, and were in almost immediate need of a pet sitter. At the suggestion of someone we only recently met, I contacted the owner of this service. Within a couple of days, she showed up at our home with a pet sitter for us to meet and interview. We really liked her and more importantly, all three of our cats reacted very favorably to her. We ended up using her services several times during 2013 for trips of 2 days to 2 weeks in duration, and we are already on the schedule for at least five trips in 2014. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! Both the owner and our pet sitter have always been incredibly prompt in all their communications with us, and we believe their service is very reasonably priced. Honestly, we'd be lost without them!
