AR Computer Guy

After reading good reviews I called John & he came that day. Great! He couldn't fix our laptop but thought he could recover our data. He called a few weeks later to follow up with us & see if we had a new laptop yet. We did & scheduled a time for him to come. He no-called/ no-showed that appointment, & hasn't returned my text or voicemail. So, 5 stars for the first appointment, zero stars for our next appointment. Weird...

I read the reviews for this guy & thought I would give it a shot, as I have a virus on my computer. I called this guy & he said he could not come to the house on Tuesday as he worked at night. We made arrangements for Friday. On Friday he calls me 20 minutes before the appointment & says he can't come, and could he come by the next day (new years eve) at 3pm? I frustrated by now but agree to the change. We wait Saturday, and not only does he NOT show, he never calls to say why he didn't show! I tried to call his phone - the voice mail is full. I try to text - no response.
Do NOT waste time with this fella. Total waste of time.

John is fast, comes to my house the same day I call him, fixes whatever computer problem I have in a timely manner for a very reasonable price. He explains what he is doing, as I am challenged by technical aspects of the computer. He is always polite and well-mannered and gives wonderful service. Our dogs like him too.

Called and asked how much to setup a new computer and was told $50 to $100. He came on time and had the internet connected and virus software installed in an hour, then he setup my printer in the office to my laptops so i can print over the wireless network. I paid him extra just because I felt like he saved me time and I would call him again if I had a problem.

I called John and was more then pleased with his work.He is very knowledgeable and he is a very nice young man. Should the need arise I will definitely give him a call. Thanks John for the great job.

I gave him the computer, and about 10 days later I got a fully working computer back! I would suggest him to anybody!

Had a virus, Had anti virus software that couldn't fix the virus. Called their tech support, got no where. John not only quickly identified and removed the virus but gave me some helpful tips to prevent the problem from returning. Excellent service!
