        The only reason they get two stars instead of one is because they have one employee who busted his behind. Quoted 4-6 months to be able to move in. 10 months later we got to move in with stuff still not done. Now over a year later we had to have the insurance company send in another company to fix there screw ups and finish what they didn't. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. Made our total house loss a worse experience than it should have been. Also they would try to make us pick out appliances, paneling siding etc without giving us our budget.

        Great Service

        I had a water loss and they were here within 1 hour. First General Staff was very nice and responsive to my needs. They took all the water out of my basement and the entire place was dry in 2 days. I would use again!
