        This Post Office DOES NOT go b...

        This Post Office DOES NOT go by the rules on Certified Mail, Signed Receipt. I had sent Two different LEGAL letters by Certified,Return signature. The local good ole boy must have a connection with the USPS and did NOT sign the receipt, someone made a scribbled mark for receipt, even though the card says sighned name and below PRINT your name. The next one i sent to the same GOOD ole boy was not available for three days and then I still did NOT get the card back for delivery!!! USPS says it was delivered but to WHO?? I paid twice for SIGHNED SIGATURES for both letters!! WHOEVER at this USPS facility allowed this is SORRY<INCOMPETANT> and useless. I gues it boils down to ( its who you know ).
