we were staying at the motel during the National High School Rodeo Finials and paid cash for our room.
We checked out a day early because our son did not make the short go.
It was a Saturday mourning at 9:00 and we could not get any of our money back because the mananger was not there.
I said ok, just credit my credit card that I reserved the room with and she said I would have to call back and let the mananger do that. I have been trying to call for 2 days for my $54.00 and the phone doesn't work. I called the 1-800-466-8356 and they gave me customer service at 1-800-557-3435 they do not open till 9:30 so as the tell goes we will see how customer service is.
I would think is someone paid cash for there room they would have cash to give back we STAYED A WEEK they got their fair share of my money.
