General Info
Basin Occupational and Urgent Care, LLC, located in Farmington, New Mexico, bridges the traditional gap between health care services for employees and those available to their families. Our facility combines occupational medicine services along with urgent care, also called immediate care, into one clinic. Our goal is to provide prevention, health and safety in the workplace and for the general population with excellent, accessible and efficient care. Occupational Medicine services focus on the prevention and treatment of diseases and injuries occurring at work or as a result of specific occupational hazards. Urgent Care services (non emergency, immediate care) are provided for treatment of minor injuries and illnesses. See our list of services on the Services page.

The front staff was really friendly and…
The front staff was really friendly and kind, but the CNP that saw me was sub par at best. First they dont take checks. Secondly when I was in seeing the CNP he asked why I was there. I was explaing my symptoms and he came off rude, and made me feel like I shouldnt be there. He prescribed me a medication that did not work, not even a little bit. I called back the next day due to me feeling the exact same $140.00 later mind you. They said there was nothing they were willing to do. They suggested I go where I went last time this happened. There was zero empathy shown on any level, and my experince was terrible. I would not recommend going to this Urgent Care to family or friends, go the ER or a differnet urgent care. They get no stars from me, I wasnt able to delete the star once I pressed it.
