My insurance company had FCGR listed as a mobile service. When I called to make an appointment, they said they are not mobile, but they ended up picking up my car, taking it to their shop, and replacing my windshield. That is the good part. When the car was returned, the rear view mirror was loose and vibrated, when I drove. I called and they said I would have to bring it to their shop to have them shim it. They also claimed that it was like that when they picked up the car, which it was not. They said they would call me back in the next few days to arrange a time for me to come in, which was not possible with my schedule. They never called me back. My mechanic looked at the rearview mirror and said that the real problem was that it was installed too low on the windshield. That is the bad news and the poor customer service. I would not trust them to work on my car again.
