I call the Enterprise #, redirect to Farmington, asked to "hold" - no problem, wait and wait picked up by someone at the main switch board, talking to me as if I'm someone else, tell them, I waiting for the girl in Farmington. Put back on "hold" - transferred to another person - not Farmington...back on "hold", finally Farmington - not a single apology - how are you treated by your family?
