    "Ditto" with regard to the…

"Ditto" with regard to the person who said that the staff were idiots. I had an appointment with Dr. Kavanaugh to see three of my cats for dental work. I patiently waited for three weeks and even got my cats up-to-date on vaccines that they really didn't need. Anyway, the staff literally called me a few times per week asking for my veterinary shot records. Myself as well as my veterinary office were tired of them losing the information. So, they finally tell me that everything is great and I am good to go for my appointment. I get a call from them less than twenty-four hours the day before telling me that they are canceling my appointment because they want additional fecal testing, heartworm testing FIV, and rabies vaccination on a five month kitten and my other two cats. This is the first I had ever heard about any of this additional testing and I felt it was very unfair of them to give me such short notice. This is just some of it. They tell me that they are canceling my appointment unless I get this done at my veterinary office or theirs...Preferably theirs. honestly, I find this is blatant coercion into forcing me into vaccinating my animals with poisonous vaccines. Reluctantly, I had gotten my two older cats distemper and rabies. No Feline leukemia and heartworm. Forcing people to vaccinate their pets is morally wrong and unethical. They just wanted extra money. I made a new appointment with a vet dentist in Ann Arbor who only requires pre-op blood work.

The staff at this place are a bunch of idiots. They lied to me over the phone and lost my appointment. Said they would accept an expired coupon but did not. Did not care that I came in at all. Do yourself a favor, don't trust these clowns with your beloved pet. Very glad I left before anything happened to my family members. Don't go HERE!!!

Made an appointment at this clinic to have my dogs examined using a coupon that I was told they would accept but that was a lie! They didn't even have us scheduled for the appointment at all. To make matters worse, none of the staff present seemed to care at all. The most unprofessional vet office I have ever had the misfortune to walk into. Thank goodness I didn't let these clowns touch my boys. Think twice before you take your loved ones to this place. Any other local vet office is better than this joint.

    Garbage Animal Care

I had the displeasure of taking my dog to this office for 2 years while I lived in Farmington because it was down the street. Every time I went in the staff was tolorably friendly and they did their job. NO ONE there seems to have any passion for animals though. I would always have to dodge ""extras"" they wanted to sell me. It was bareable for a while until I had a simple question for the vet assistant about my dogs skin and she got the vet to answer-- the vet proceeded to tell me basically it could be anything without actally listening to me and then tried to sell me $150 in stuff to see it if would help. THEN they charged me $45 because the vet talked to me for 10 minutes... which I didn't actaully even request her to do. Plus, I could have had better luck on Google to find an answer. Bottom line, if you want to pay more to have uncaring staff treat you like your taking a car in for repair and not your fuzzy family member to the doctor, go ahead and go here.
