Went to this car wash on July 6, 2014. I purchased a $7.00 car wash and added the $2.00 bug wash. When going through the car wash near the cloth strip I heard a bang on my hood and saw my windshield wiper fly up the windshield. When I exited the car wash I saw three big chips in the paint on my hood, scrapes on the plastic part by the wipers and scratches on the wiper itself. I filled out a incident report and the man working that day said, save your time because the manager/owner won't call you back or fix your repairs. It was a $300 repair . Guess who has a lawyer in the family and guess who is taking the owner to court for a simple $300 repair. This guy! Now he will pay for the time it took me to take the car to get repaired and the rental car I am going to need when the car hood is being repaired. Do the right thing!

My husband purchased $70 worth of car wash coupons from this establishment. The second time I used this facility, one of the cloth cleaning strips ripped my back overhead light off. Although the manager told us they saw it come off on the video of my car going through the wash, they refuse to pay for the replacement part!
