The plumber, Bill R. Was very knowledgeable about plumbing problems. After taking a look under the sink, he knew exactly what the problem was and offered two options to repair problem. Bill signed me up to their maintenance plan. I will definitely be calling Thornton and Grooms again. Thanks again Bill.

New exactly what the problem was. When Robert showed up i wasn't home yet he spoke to my sister. She says sewage started to come up from our floor & kept getting deeper & deeper she was bailing the water out the side door the sewage was odd stuff we never put down our drain like suckers & hot dogs. Robert went to the next 2 houses to see if they had the same issue. They were, then he snaked the pipe in the back yard went 90 feet nothing was blocked. He said i would have to contact the City because it's the main sew lines that are blocked. Icalled the city they came out and found the drain in my back neighbors yard was backed up. Thank you

Our plumbing technician Mario was nice and completed the job we requested but unfortunately we had to clean up the mess left under the sink. We have used Thornton and Grooms in the past and will continue to use them hoping this is just a one off example.

Mr. Aaron Fedewa did an excellent job. The Garbage disposal I wanted was not on the truck but they brought the item to him !!! The entire time he never left the premises until the job was complete!!! Garbage disposal I chose to put in was the insinkerator pro 1100 XL which carries a 12 year warranty. He also was able to give me estimates on other plumbing projects that needed to be done in the home!!! Thank you Aaron for doing an excellent job in the most professional way !!! And thank you for having the plumbing skill set to do a phenomenal job!!!!!

We had to replace our garbage disposal that was leaking.
We had Robert M. come to our house on a Friday evening. He was very courteous. He shared several options for us to decide upon and worked tirelessly until the job was done.

Ethan was so helpful. He explained the 'Why' and and 'How the job needed to be done and the cost upfront.

He cleaned up the mess after finishing and even gave my dogs some affection.

The product warranty was also really excellent and went into detail regarding it.

I am well-pleased with, "Thornton & Grooms!" They do "At"-work, and are honest, plus, trustworthy in their dealings, with their Customers. For example, my home was in drastic need; of both, a central air conditioner, and a heating unit, for years. Since, I had limited finances: It was difficult to purchase these important large appliances for my home.

Yet, the Representative/s of, "Thornton & Grooms", retained their prices, which were quoted to me, for several years, until my financial situation improved. This was exceptional for a Company; yet, this proves that they maintain their ethics of high-quality customer service skills, consistently.

Based upon my experiences with this Company: I will, always, use their services! In fact, I received an excellent installation of my new furnace on: 10/08/2018 by, the Representatives: Dave Bell, and Devin Green! In closing: Keep up the great work, "Thornton & Grooms!"

Zeke Weinberger was the Service Plummer from Thornton &Grooms. He was outstanding in explaining any problems that we had in our six month plumbing check up. We are extremely happy with his and Thornton & Grooms professionalism. This is the ONLY plumbing company we would use.

Martin was wonderful to work with! He explained everything he was doing and made recommendations that we we’re very happy with. We already requested him specifically for our spring check up. An extremely nice guy that educated us and made us feel totally comfortable.

Everything was great! I like using Thornton and Grooms they are very caring and I appreciate how nice they are. I’ve been using them since I moved here and I just like how polite and courteous they have always been.

Nicholas was great to talk too and very informative. He told me about the bleach once a month, no one has ever tol me about that. Thank you.

I have two HVAC systems in my large home, so have gotten to know Thornton and Grooms pretty well. Martin was here last week to look at my newer AC unit. The switch in the electrical box kept flipping. He discovered that the electrical wires were loose. He could have just tightened them and left, however, he wanted to make sure that the unit itself was in order. Upon inspecting it, he determined that it needed cleaning. He showed me pictures of the cotton wood in the unit and taight me how to remove and replace the panels so I can clean it myself in the future. He tightened the wires in the electrical box and hosed down the AC unit, and didn't charge me a penny! Thank you, Martin!

The technicians were promt and professional. They were friendly, knowledgable, and polite. It was a very positive experience.

Patrick came out and repaired the leak under our kitchen sink. As it turned out there were a few options on the way this could be accomplished and after he explained the choices, I made the decision that would do the job and not take up extra room. I appreciated his consideration and his professionalism. Thank you againThornton & Grooms.

Had Thorton and Grooms field Tech out last night on an emergency basis. Zeek W was consummate professional. Explained all options to me and costs. Didn't pressure me at all. He got the job done AND called me the next day to make sure all was well. Liked him so well I had additional work done. ( valves updated) I will make sure I have their number in my contacts list..First call. Thanks Zeek!!!

Spoke to Patrick about our water heater leaking late in the evening. He scheduled us for the following day. They came the following day and replaced the water heater at a competitive price. Nobody else could come over the following day. Highly responsive and courteous. We recommend them highly.

We called for a same day appt and was very pleased that Crystal P was able to assist us. Our service tech was Tony P. He was very professional and clearly explained everything he was going to do and performed the work in a workmanship like manner. I asked Tony to do a few extra jobs and he didn’t hesitate at all. I will definitely call for Tony for future jobs. My wife and I are very pleased with his work. Thank you very much!
