Moni and her staff are absolutely amazing! They are courteous and willing to work to help you find the perfect wedding dress of your dreams. Moni even fixed my wedding ceremony dress that another bridal shop ruined and I was able to wear it for my wedding. I also ordered my reception dress from her as well. Moni is incredibly flexible and reasonable--there are no extra hidden costs that some bridal shops are infamous for--you will know exactly what you get, and trust me, it's worth it!

Moni had agreed to participate in our prom fashion show at school. When we went on Saturday to pick out dresses she kicked us out because she "doesn't do prom on Saturdays" . We then went back today I introduced myself and tried to get dresses and she continuously yelled at me. She was very aggressive not only with students but with teachers and parents. I would not recommend shopping there EVER!!!! As much I would love to give local businesses my support, this is not one of them. I have never felt so disrespected in my life and as a business owner she should be ashamed of her customer service. She then preceded to tell me how she "never wants business from any Farmington public school student".

This place is amazing! I bought a dress in the fall for my wedding this Sat out of state. During my final dress fitting, I decided I did not like it and wanted to look at other dresses. I went with my mom into Moni's store exactly 1 week before my wedding and the staff didn't blink an eye. They were SO helpful and reassuring! I found a dress I absolutely loved and was fitted on the spot by Moni. She was wonderful - even got me water and a peach when I told her I wasn't feeling well after standing for some time while she pinned. (She's also a nurse!) I went back on Tues and the dress looked perfect! She did a fabulous job! I would highly recommend this wedding store, Moni, and her staff! I could not have asked for a better experience :)

Moni’s bridal boutique was an absolute dream experience. I was feeling completely overwhelmed after visiting another bridal store. When I walked into Moni’s I was treated not as just some customer, but as a bride and someone they cared about. I was asked what my fiancé’s name was and asked to see my ring. Gjina was my sales associate. She was absolutely phenomenal despite being super busy that night!

The selection of bridal gowns is overwhelming, but after clipping a few, I felt like Gjina knew what I was looking for. She did an awesome job weeding thru the dresses I picked out and she picked gowns that were just my taste. Gjina was also sensitive to my budget, which was extremely helpful. I found I dress I really liked but hadn’t quite felt ready to settle. Despite it being after hours, Gjina was literally running around the store to try and find me more dresses to try. And sure enough, I fell in love with one of them. Gjina did not care about working after the store closed and I never felt rushed out of the store. I would recommend asking for Gjina (Gina) when you go to Moni’s. I plan on going back with my bridesmaids to purchase their dress there as well.

I was torn between two gowns and after I made my decision and purchased one of them, I changed my mind after seeking the opinions of my family and wanted to then exchange the dress for the other. Moni went out of her way to accomodate me and the other dress had to be ordered and she had it here within a week! My wedding is in just a few months, so time is of the essence. I love my dress and Moni and her staff for being flexible and helpful. Thank you thank you Moni!- Jen L :)

This place has been so kind and helpful to me. They have tons of dresses to choose from and the customer service there is so friendly. Moni came to check on every dress I tried on and helped me pick out my dream dress. I read some of the reviews and I have to say that you should not believe them because she really cares and wants to help make your wedding day perfect. Moni's bridal is excellent!!!

I am a newly wed and definitely recommend Moni's bridal to all the young ladies who are getting married! Tiffany and Gina were both a great help! Moni was also a gem, my dress outshined everything that day, and my happiness went along with it! I wish I could experience that again! Greatest place to dress shop!! Greatest customer service!! Thank you a million times!!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. We bought brides maid dresses here for my best friends wedding and it was an awful experience. The dresses took forever to come in and once they did they called us and told us to come "whenever" to pick it up and do alterations.They did not look or fit anything like the sample dress we had tried on. When we showed up on a Saturday because we are not from the area, we were informed that alterations are done by appointment (which we were not told about on the phone) and only during the week before about 5 o'clock (which is impossible for the average working person). So we wasted a whole trip out there. Once looking at the dress we noticed weird lines across the bust of the dress and it did not lay right and Moni herself replied " thats how it was shipped we can't do anything about it" Alterations are done CASH only (which is shady) and they wanted to charge 90$ when the dress itself was only 140.



Before we left the store with the dress (even though we verbally told Moni we were not satisfied with the dress) we had to sign a form that stated we were happy with the dress. I told her i did not want to sign it because i did not agree with it and she said we had to sign if we wanted to take the dress out of the store. Which obviously we needed the dress for the wedding so we had no choice.



They have a good supply to look at to get ideas but i would not recommend buying your dress here.

My mom recently purchased a dress for my wedding at this store. She called me highly upset because of the dress and treatment she recieved at this store. She waited 4 months for her dress to get in which is normal. However, when she came to pick it up the basically pulled it out of the shipping box and put it on the hanger and gave it to her. The dress doesn't even look the same because it was so wrinkled and messed up, she almost didn't think it was the same dress she ordered. When she went to talk to the manager about it, the manager said it would be $50.00 extra for them to steam it. My mom replied I haven't even left the store and this is the product you make me pay for? The manager then replied, well that's the wedding bussiness for you. I would not recommend going here.

I could not have chosen a better place to buy my wedding gown! Moni and Gina went above and beyond for me. Myself, my 9 bridesmaids, and my flower girl all purchased our dresses from Moni's. They had by far the best prices. She was $400 lower on my gown and $70 lower on the bridesmaid dresses than anywhere I looked. (and I did a lot of shopping around) She did a fantastic on our alterations and was incredibly reasonable! All of the dresses came in very close to the wedding date. Gina did great job keeping me calm about it. Moni had all of the alterations done so fast. She did them in as little as one day. She even did last minute emergency alterations on the flower girl dress. I am standing up in two other weddings in October and I will be taking my dresses to Moni. She is AMAZING! She told me "I will make it perfect for you" and she really did!! She helped make my wedding day amazing!

If you're looking for a nice, classy place to get your Bridal dress, and have that dream moment when you try on the right dress, it won't happen here. It had some of the most tacky, scary dresses I have ever seen. Dresses are packed into racks that take up the ENTIRE store, so you can hardly move around, much less look at dresses. I was even kicked out of one section, because they were 'prom' dresses not 'bridesmaids' dresses. The owner found us there and told us to leave that section. This is not where to go to have a nice bridal experence.

I JUST GOT MARRIED 6/14/08. MONI'S HELPED MAKE MY WEDDING BEAUTIFUL!!! MY DRESS WAS STUNNING, IT COULDNT OF BEEN PRETTIER! MONI DID MY ALTERATIONS WHICH WERE AMAZING CONCIDERING I GAINED SOME WEIGHT BEFORE THE WEDDING! MY MOM AND MOTHER IN LAW BOTH BOUGHT THERE DRESS'S FROM MONI'S... THEY WERE BOTH SO HAPPY WITH HOW THEY LOOKED. ALL MY 9 BRIDESMAIDS WENT THROUGH MONI AND LOOKED GREAT! WE ALSO RENTED CHOCOLATE TUX'S THE GUYS WERE SO HANDSOME!! I CANNOT WAIT TO SEE THE PICTURES!!! I AM RECOMMENDING TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.. AND ANYONE WHO READS THIS TO GO STRAIGHT TO MONI'S!! THEY WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO MAKE ME THE HAPPIEST BRIDE!! THANK YOU TO MONI AND ALL THE LADIES WHO WORK THERE!

I regret buying my dress and those for my 3 bridesmaids at this shop. We all had issues with the alterations (done by the owner), and had to argue to get done what we needed. I finally left with my dress that didn't fit correctly and was completely satisfied with the alterations done at a different shop. Of course Moni would not refund any part of the alteration fee. Buy your dress somewhere else! I also am surprised that they are still in business.
