Poor cancellation policy. I had to cancel a pre-paid, scheduled session and had done so more than 24 hours before the appointed time. I was told that I would not get a refund because I had a special rate (was told that this was standard practice). In no part of their cancellation policy was this stated--and that policy is on their web-site. Neither was I told this up front. I was offered a reschedule, but I had mitigating circumstances, and was not sure when I would be able to make another appointment, so I wanted the refund. Since they gave me a difficult time, this experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. Why would I want to return to a place that tries to keep a person's money under the guise a policy (or part of it) which isn't even included in writing? Horrible, lack of good faith and I won't be returning.
