Oz Tattoo's

Over the course of several years Paul has created an amazing work of original art the length of my spine, and a gorgeous feather quill on my lower arm. He also pierced my nose & bellybutton, and was quick & competent with both. Paul has clutter, yeah, but it's controlled clutter, and I've never felt like it was unsanitary or that Paul didn't know exactly what he's doing. I can't imagine anyone else working on my ink. I'd give 6 stars if it was an option!

I went to get my nose pierced and it was HORRIBLE! First off, when I walked in it looked like he was living there and the place looked so disorganized and unsanitary. Then, I could tell he didn't know what he was doing because he didn't have the regular equipment they usually use. I let him start with the procedure but when I confirmed he had NO IDEA what he was doing I just said stop right now! My advice is DO NOT go there is you want a piercing!!

A friend convinced me to goto OZ tattoos to get my first tattoo. That was 8 years ago. I haven't gone to another tattoo shop, simply put.... I'm a customer for life. Paul does AMAZING work every time I come in there. I've been stopping in for such a long time that it almost feels like we're family. Anyways... I wouldn't get a tattoo from anyone else unless they were world famous. Seriously it's mind-boggling that Paul isn't world famous. When I share my tattoos with people, Everyone acts and/or assumes that I paid tens of thousands, and went out of state. Naw... Pauls just damn good.

I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I recently just got my first tattoo and I am soo happy that i decided to go to oz! He really made sure that I was comfortable and that made me feel a whole lot better about getting one. His shop is a tad messy, but I thought that brought more of a home like feel to it. You should not judge him by his floor you should judge by his art work which was phenomenal! His shading and his penmanship was just great!! I brought my own ideas and he was able to capture them and made my tattoo look amazing!! I could not have asked for a better artist! I would recommend Paul to any person looking to get a tattoo because he IS the best!

I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a tattoo, my girlfriend just got her 1st tattoo. It was a yellow rose with a stem, leaf and writing above the rose. Pauls penmanship is awesome, his shading and color contrasts are also extremely realistic. This shop does not smell like smoke and if these reviews didnt tell me, i would have never known. The shop is also not that messy and if thats what turns anyone away from getting a tat here. You are missing out on a great opportunity to get a tattoo from an amazing artist.

I have gotten many tatts from Paul, Including a half sleeve. All of my work is great. He has quit smoking, the shop does not smell like smoke. He always opens and uses NEW needles. If you choose to let the appearance of the floor stop you from getting a tatt from this artist, its your loss. He does great work.

awful. terrible experience. made for a terrible birthday. i was hoping for a good piercing, but instead i just left with an empty hole and a lot of pain. do not go here. it was messy and unorganized. i was nervous from the second i walked in. save yourself the trouble.

Ya the place is a bit messy and a bit dirty...but the equipment and needles are new and clean, plus he quit smoking so no more of that smell. Paul is a great artist! I have gotten 3 tatts done by him, his prices are super fair and he does great work!

most people look 4 apperance but this guy is real he dont try to be something he is not but he will give you the truth you want a good tat see paul so what the floor is a bit dirty his needels are clean and so is his work. all great artists have some flaw i would rather it be his floor than his tat work.

I had one of my tats at this shop. You may not like the smell of smoke, but the cleanliness of the equpiment is there. Sorry you missed out on getting your tattoo at Oz's.

For the only previous review posted about this place. Yes, the place is small because it is one owner who cares more about giving a quality tattoo then on what his plalce looks like. The previous review stated that he seemed to not be sanitary WELL I have personally gotten 3 tattoos from this person & I travel all over the country that when I get back into Michigan is where I would only get a tattoo from. He is well detailed into helping you decide on what tattoo you want and does an amazing job at getting detail and approval from you (He has tattoos posted on the wall from people that allow him to take pics of his work). Very mellow guy and easy to talk to because we are all out to enjoy our job and make a living from doing it. Hope this review helps out in looking past the appearance, but getting a good experience getting a tattoo being if its your first time or from the many addicted tattoos you might get after your first.
