I just want to praise the wonderful service that Backdoor Friends Cat Care have provided every time they took care of my cat. I consistently rely on their services every time I go out of town and even for trips that last a few weeks as I sometimes travel outside the United States. It is extremely convenient to have a reliable pet-sitter: I never have to worry about pet-hotel availability, disrupt my cat’s normal routine and distress him further by changing his beloved and trusted environment for the duration of my trip.

Over my last few trips Anne has provided the daily home visits and I have been more than satisfied with her magnificent service and thoughtfulness: she made sure to send me every few days a picture of my pet enjoying playtime, left me upon return a detailed form listing overall how well he ate with comments regarding his food and toys preferences and kept my place impeccable. She was so sweet to suggest picking up my mail, taking care of my fire alarm battery, spraying my door lock and even treating my cat with a few toys. I frankly never worry anymore about going out of town and leaving him behind because he is so well cared for in my absence.
