Atmosphere, prices, employees, and food were GREAT!! My husband and I will return. ;)

Just ordered take out from here for the first time. It looked very clean and the employees were very friendly. I ordered Sweet and Sour Shrimp, and the only thing I was slightly disappointed in was there were no onion, peppers or pineapple in the sweet and sour sauce like any other Chinese Restaurant I have eaten at.

I love Chinese food and admit I was a little worried about it. I was oh so wrong. Food was ordered and was delicious and the portion was very large. My husband who is not a big fan of Chinese food even liked it. So we will be ordering from them again :) you can't go wrong here

We tried this place simply because of its location, I found it to be a delightful surprise. We eat here once a week sometimes twice, we have tried takeout(most often) and dined in 3-4 times and have been satisfied everytime. The service/help is friendly, the food is quality (we've never had gristle chicken,undercooked food,unidentifiable food,soupy sauce, etc) the portions are huge. We usually order the meals with egg roll and fried rice, we eat twice for $18.00, I find the prices are right in line with the normal non buffet chinese restaurants in Mckinney or Plano.



The Bottome line: Is it the best chinese I've ever had? NO! Is it good enough to save the trip into McKinney? YES!

We ordered take out on the one review listed for China House. I have no clue where the reviewer is accustomed to eating (probably an owner), but this is the absolute worst Chinese food that I have ever eaten. The shrimp fried rice tasted like instant rice a roni. The sesame chicken was edible but certainly have had better from even the "fast food" chinese. The beef lo-mein also went in the trash. Egg rolls were not bad but had some pink unidentifiable material in them that made me think of the pink slime that is going into some hamburger. I gave this eatery one star but it should have none at all. All but a few bites of 4 orders went into the trash. Disappointed is too nice a word. Diner's beware is all I can say.

China House in Farmersville opened up within the last year. The food tastes AWESOME. The portions are HUGE! I usually get three meals out of on entree. We typically buy just the entree (not the meal with egg roll). #54 shrimp mei fun is such an example. I work in the DFW metroplex, so have plenty of experience with different restaurants, but this place rates above them!!! If you live in the area, stop by China House. You will NOT be disappointed. And the people that own it are very sweet and nice too!
