I called and asked for my cab to brooklyn from farrock (noone said pay upfront im not from here) So i get in the car driver says may i use the bathroom at my base removing us from our location than comes from using the bathroom and says you know you have to pay up front i said someone is paying for me he says well i can take you

I took this cab service 6 days a week, twice a day. Every time I took it I asked my driver how much at the end of every ride, and obviously everyone gave me a different price which usually varied by a dollar. On 09/12/16 I asked how much and the driver told me $4 more than I usually pay. I told her the price I usually pay and she proceeded to call the dispatcher and inform him what I had said, the dispatcher ( who by the way was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional) decided to go on the radio on a rant about how I have been getting one over on them and basically ripping them off. Me getting one over??? I have never "gotten one over" on anyone in my life, like I had stated before, I always ask "how much" at the end of every ride and pay the price given to me. That dispatcher has lost himself a loyal customer that took used their service 12 times a week. I would've given them a 0 rating if I could've.
