Tyson Station Cleaners

I just went for the first time to this location. I took one of my husband’s shirts to get cleaned before a big interview. It had one little spot on the sleeve so the lady put a piece of red tape on it to mark it needed extra cleaning. When I go back to pick it up I find a big red mark on the sleeve from the tape! It was sticky and wouldn’t come off. I needed to take the shirt with me so I didn’t have time to come get it later. (I don’t think I would have even if I had the time. I didn’t trust them to get it right again) I told her I was not going to pay for the shirt because it was cleaned incorrectly. They added an extra stain to it so why would I pay for their mess up. I was very upset. If they couldn’t get the original stain out that is one thing...I understand that. But to add more stains to it! We got into a argument because I didn’t want to pay the 4 dollars to take the shirt when it wasn’t cleaned properly. Its not about the money...its about the bad customer service! I asked to see the owner or manager and she said it was her. I have worked in customer service for years..If the business makes a mistake, the business fixes it. Its just how it should work. In the end I gave her 2 dollars which was way more than I wanted to spend for the product and the service. She wouldn’t give me my shirt until I gave her something. I will never go back to that place and I urge others to never go there too.
