  Worst Experience Ever

  So I brought my AWD truck in and they replaced the front hubs because they were making noise. Noise went away, but during acceleration the "Traction Active" light comes on and the truck goes into limp mode. This happened several times as I was crossing a busy highway, and the truck lost power, which is a serious safety issue in my mind. Would you feel safe putting your wife and kids in a... read more truck with this problem? I don't. I brought the truck in three separate times hoping that they would fix the problem. The last time, I left it for two weeks and they drove it for a total of twenty minutes. Guess what? They say they can't reproduce a problem that happens constantly. I guess they got my money so they feel like their job is done. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

  Simply the Best

  This business was rated in Washington Checkbook Magazine as being one of the areas BEST SHOPS and I can see why. From my initial call through out the servicing experience these pro's took great care of me and repaired my car's air conditioning problem the same day. These gentleman seem to be a collection of the "Best of the Best" in that I was impressed by the Owner (Bob),Store Manager (Vic),Service Director (Pat),... read more and the mechanic (Dave) and Bruce my appointed shuttle driver.My final plug for Skyline Automotive is that when my wife dropped me off she commented on how attractive and clean the store was.Imagine that!
