I was in Fallon for a doctors appointment. My daughter rolled down the passenger side window. Alas it wouldn't roll up again. Was 30 degrees I had to drive 50 miles to get home. I drove to a nearby auto store which was closed for lunch. I went into Napa which was next-door and a very nice gentleman named Jeff assisted me. They did not have the part that was needed which I knew would have needed a mechanic to install. so he made a template of the window and made a "window" out of cardboard, plastic and duct tape so I could make it home. I offered him some cash for his assistance but he wouldn't take it. I really appreciated his help. He is a great employee and that store should be grateful to have him. Thanks Jeff!

The brake master cylinder in my pickup blew out on Dec. 23. I got a ride to Napa on Dec. 24 at about 12:20, walk up to the door to find it locked but the sign said "open till 1:00". A sales rep opened the door for me long enough to tell me that they have decided to close early and could not help me... A customer just left the store as I was walking up and another was still inside!! Will NEVER return to this store.

Driving on I-80, our 30' RVs engine died suddenly. AAA towed us to ____ __________ Group, and left us to wait for them to open on Thurs. We were anxious to get to a nephews' wedding on Sun. Though courteous, the front desk said they were unable to look at the problem until Mon., the day after the wedding! They claimed their service department was covered up, but as the morning progressed, we watched multiple service employees each take repeated smoke breaks, and they stood and watched as we used our own tools to replace the serpentine belt to bypass the air conditioner compressor which had locked up. We made several trips walking to a nearby NAPA where the employees were extremely helpful and hunted schematics and various belts for us to try. After successfully replacing the belt and starting the engine, we replaced the drive shaft that had been removed to tow the RV. We DROVE to NAPA to return the unused belts, and reached the wedding in time thanks to their wonderful service! We hig
