Heavy turnover of most of the employees at the Fall River, MA branch but they all seem to be good people. Two areas that should be improved if customers are truly the priority... 1) Customers should not have to leave the establishment with a vehicle with only a 1/4 of fuel in the tank. The last thing a customer should be concerned with is taking a car to a gas station shortly after renting it. All cars should have at least a 1/2 tank of gas in them before a customer drives away. 2) Better attention to overall interior car cleanliness. Take a little extra time to not only vacuum the inside of the vehicle but to also wipe down the dashboard, interior doors (certainly if mud is caked-on or some substance is smeared on dash/doors), etc.. Maybe add a simple fresh-scented air freshener for each time a car is rented too. Presentation can - and usually does - go a long way.
What a great experience. Fast and friendly service from pickup to drop off. The staff is professional & enthusiast about customer service. Car reservation is always as requested & vehicles are impeccably clean. Great management, I Would definitely recommend this location.
I needed a loan after a car accident. I borrowed an elantra. The staff was so fantastic and professional. They made a very stressful situation bearable. Thanks guys. :)
