    It took me five minutes on hold to get…

    It took me five minutes on hold to get thru with a human being, was disconnected and had to wait another five minutes to get another human, phone system was horrible kept going in and out like a bad cell reception! Was on hold for another five to seven min. because worker didn't follow thru on the problem and no one knew where my paperwork was, and then was sent somewhere in no mans land where they disconnected me again!!!!!
