I've been going here for years, but people are always friendly and I've never had to wait to be seen.
These people have no respect for our time. I have had appointments twice now and have waited more than 20 minutes beyond my appointment time to get a hair cut. They took four guys in front of me. One of the guys had an appointment after mine but he was taken for his cut first. Don't go here if you're in a hurry.
