The waitress possibly manager trish was exceptional. When the kitchen staff was behind or had some mix ups (which happens in the food industry as anyone who has worked in it knows) she was right ok top of trying to get it fixed even with intoxicated patrons screaming at her. The kitchen staff was clearly doing their hardest to get out the beat product. However one waitress named Kendall who dresses completely out of uniform was completely rude and horrobile. She was physically throwing things around and even told patrons "your food will take forever so I'm going out to have a cigarette why don't you join me! I can't handle this anymore!" This is not the first altercation with this person. Several of my friends have encountered her and she is simply a person who hates her job and with her attitude will go no further in life. I personally work in the costumer service industry in the medical field and I hate to inform her but costumer first and you out on a smile no matter what. The rest of the staff get 5 stars however because of her I recommend never coming to this establishment and I will personally do everytging I can to have her fired for the sake of the other staff who deserve better.
