While I've always received excellent help from the pharmacy techs at this Kroger, I must say my over the phone experience with the pharmacist was very unpleasant. I called because I've had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic I was prescribed. I told Michelle, the pharmacist, that the doctor I had seen had advised me I may have a similar reaction to this medicine as I have with a medicine I am allergic to, but he thought it was unlikely. This seemed to really bother her, because apparently the two antibiotics aren't related. I didn't and still don't care that the two aren't related. What I care about is the fact that I've had an allergic reaction to THIS prescribed medicine and was hoping the pharmacy my family has always used would help me out by calling my doctor. I was advised she would update my chart, but that I needed to call myself, and then advised again that she didn't know why the doctor told me the two antibiotics could be related. Thanks for that. As I previously stated, I always have exceptional service from any of the techs at the pharmacy.
