ACE Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Institute

I went to Ace for my back and leg pain (herniated disc). Pramod really is a master physical therapist. He will walk you through how to do your exercises and also give you insightful advice about how to approach your treatment. I was consistently amazed at how helpful the subtle adjustments he made to each exercise were. For example, if you are doing some stretch or movement, he will watch you and tell you how to adjust your positioning to make the movement work better, and you can actually feel a huge difference once you adopt the adjustment. The guy knows human anatomy like the back of his hand. I went to PT when I was younger for knee pain (Osgood Schlatters disease), and I never experienced this. They have a new physical therapist there as well, Rameshwar (I hope I'm spelling that correctly), who is also excellent. My only complaint was that sometimes they get very busy, so it can take some time for the therapists to get to work with you 1 on 1, but I was still able to get what I needed from Ace, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

The team really helped my shoulder issue with diagnosis, exercises and range of motion strategies. I am so pleased with my progress with their expertise and encouragement. Would highly recommend ACE PT for anyone's PT issues.

Exemplary experience. My son with special needs was a very difficult patient and Pramod & John were professional, knowledgeable, and unfailingly kind as he fought them every step of the way as they taught him to walk again after a very painful knee surgery. I am happy to recommend them with the highest rating.

It takes a special kind of person to help someone through not only physical recovery but through the mental stamina needed to recover. Pramod and John in the Fair Oaks Office are true gladiators. I would constantly watch how they handled each client and I would wonder how do they keep up this demanding pace. Of course, the angel on the phone, Nadia in the Falls Church office would call to remind me of the appointments. Some days, I didn't want to go to therapy, but I'd get that call from Nadia and I would find it in me, to make that appointment. My deepest respect and gratitude to my team and to those that I was not aware of that helped in my recovery.

Being a returning patient of ACE Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, I can assure you that their Therapy Staff really know their stuff. I saw them last for rehab after my knee surgery. Three days into the rehab, my calf was extremely swollen, felt tight and painful. My Physical therapist suspected that I had a blood clot. She called my doctor and sent me to the Emergency room right away. They did ultrasound and found the blood clot. My surgeon told me that I could have died if the blood clot was not diagnosed in time. So you know why I can trust them with my life!

A week later I was able to resume my physical therapy and now I am back to playing golf.

All my family, friends and co workers go to ACE. Highly recommend them.

I have been coming here for over 2 months and I love it! I have a knee injury and it has gotten so much better then before. I'm amazed ok what I can do now that I couldn't do before! Thank you Ace physical Therapy!
