That place is a RIP-OFF.
That place is a RIP-OFF. FIrst off when I made my appointment over the phone they didn't inform me of the remodeling being done! If I had known there would be people inside busy painting and taking things apart I would not have bothered going there.
Second my hairstylist was doing the remodeling and I felt like she forgot she was even bleaching my hair. I have 15 inches. She should have been more attentive!
And lastly for the stripping, bleach, and dye I was prepared to pay 200, and it cost nearly 300!! I'm sure I was ripped off.
I'm sure the place will do a terrible job on you and overprice until they go out of business. Be warned -

Don't waste your money. As a fellow cosmetologist coming from the Boston (New England) area I was very unsatisfied with my service here. I went in as a "walk-in" for a simple trim. The woman who cut my hair barely spoke to me. Other then, she had been craving pizza all morning ... there was no consultation or questions as to how I liked my hair styled or how I wore it on a regular basis. She didn't bother to wet it other then the ends so it was getting yanked around. She dried the ends and curled them around without asking if that's what I wanted. The trim was fine, but the customer service was non existent.

I went here for a trim. I wish I would have known the "stylist" I had was extremely inexperienced. I asked for an inch at the most to be trimmed off, she turned me so I wasnt facing the mirror and I saw a large chunk of hair fall on the floor! My long past my shoulders hair ended up above my shoulders!!! How do you get a trim wrong!?

Don't get your hair cut here unless you want to be handed off to three different "stylists" only to be extremely disappointed when you have to instruct their every move and still they can't do what you've asked for. After having my head raked and criticized for the ends being dry (hello! That's why I'm here!- to have the dry ends removed!) for all of ten minutes she was finished. My hair was layered and about 15 inches long. It took her 10 minutes to chop it to about 8 inches and leave the upper layers untouched. Oh, and if I didn't stop her she would have made my bangs come from the middle of my head and given me a "China Chop" about 2 inches above my eyebrows. I know, I know it'll grow back but I just expected more for all the instructions I had to give... Anyone know of a good place to get it fixed?
