Had, if nothing else, a frustrating experience with them. When shopping around, got a quote of $350 to $450 for winterizing my car. When I called back to make the appointment, told it would actually run $425 to $475. After I dropped my car off, called and told it would be an extra $50 because they had to special order the block heater. Then when I picked up my car they told me the block heater they ordered didn't fit and that I had to take it somewhere else. They had gone ahead and done everything else, though, and charged $275. Looks like getting the block heater installed alone will cost $300. I could have gotten the whole winterization done at other places for about $450 and not had to go twice. Just frustrating. Doubt I'll use them again.

My truck broke down this summer and had to be towed. They picked it up and did an inspection on it. Turned out to have more problems than they could handle (major engine problems) and they didn't charge me extra to deliver it to Ford.

Hey, it cost a few bucks, but at least it will get your vehicle where you want it safely. They have the rigs that will do the job right. Thanks guys.
