They are like car salesmen. Once into the house if renting, they won't do anything for you. It took 5 months of complaining just to get them to look at an electrical issue. Hope you don't care if your goes up in flames while your sleeping. The electrician and us had to fight for another 2 weeks to get them to cover the costs. After a bandaid fix it job, less then a month later problem got worse. When told them again about problem, they told us they wanted us out. We happily agreed to leave, as they said they were not fixing it and electrician said it would be a min. Of 10k to fix the electrical problem. After we left, they had new movers to go in, the other couple backed out because of the same problem happened when they were viewing it. They then told us, 2 weeks after we were out we had to continue paying the rent for 2 months, even after we were told to get out. They refused to give back our 2k deposit or the rent already paid even though they told us to get out. Beware of their lies and scams. Staff is only nice til you sign the lease. They don't care for your safety, only for your money.

They are the most professional property management company that I have had. We have been thru 3 management companies and the 2nd one ended up running off with all the rental proceeds from all the properties she managed. Toni Brewer is one of the best/ most professional manager you could find. She will work for your best interest and she always makes it a point to notify and update you of your properties status. Very meticulous and detailed. Always ahead of the game. A take charge kind of gal. I would highly recommend her for her work and dedication. A true professional and an asset to her field!
