I called for this taxi on a Saturday…

I called for this taxi on a Saturday night at 9pm and received a wonderful woman who took me to my destination. I called 2 hours later for a ride back to where I came from and was told by a very rude man that my ride was on its way and they would call me when they arrived. An hour went by, I called and asked for an ETA and they blew me off and hung up. That cab NEVER came for me and I ended up goin with King Alaska Cab (Amazing decision, I was picked up within 15 minutes of my phone call). I will NEVER call these ungrateful people ever again. That is no way to run a business.

Showed up on time. Friendly driver, clean cab - I would recommend their service to anyone in Fairbanks.

Pick up at FMH

Someone called the cab at FMH emergancy room this morning around 0425. The Cab arrived at about 0430 when I saw it outside briefly. The cab couldn't have been there for more than a minute when suddenly it pulled up further and flashed a large flashlight through the window to grab the attention of the gentleman who was talking with security. I thought this was very unprofessional, not good customer service, and above all rude. This cab driver seemed very in a hurry and should not be in a customer service position if they dont know how to display good customer service. I understand they do not want to be waiting, but I saw the cab out there and it really was not there for more than a minute.
