The southern facing windows to our home had leaking of which over 6 other contractors couldn’t pinpoint. When Matt from home pro had come out, he was confident in what the problem was. He was right. After opening the wall, there needed a little more work than originally anticipated but it was well worth the cost. Having these recent storms, everything held up! Matt and his crew were punctual and communicating was easy and timely. I was updated with daily progress, if not more than that as things changed. His crew never left a mess behind and were super responsive and respectful to myself, my daughter and our home. I would recommend Matt and his team with 100% confidence.

I used Matt and his company HomePRO to complete a major repair on my home that involved a very extensive water leak. Originally I used another company that actually failed making the leak worse when it rained. I will not mention a name though.

We recently had a second job completed by HomePRO. Both were window leak repairs. Since the first job went so well we had no hesitation in contracting with HomePRO for the second time. Matt and his employees are very professional and performed all the work to the highest standards. Through out the process Matt was readily available and responsive to questions and concerns via email or phone. His workers arrived on time each day, provided updates on the progress, and left the work area clean and organized at the end of each day. All costs, estimation of start date, and time to complete the job were provided upfront and any additional needed work once identify was explained clearly and change orders presented and agreed to prior to proceeding.
Matt’s crew remained on the job until all work was completed, including additional needed repairs identified after completing the original work. These guys had a crew at my home for about a month total time. The initial idea was one 8'x22' section of stucco removal and replacement of the stucco, and the moisture barrier behind the stucco, with the possibility that another wall may also require replacement of similar items. All told, the water damage was immense. Over 100 total feet width-wise, most of the home, had experienced rot and mold. Including studs, subfloor, and stemwall. They also replaced some other framing and windows that would not pass inspection. The crew did not leave once the project began, which is great, because we were without many of our walls. The supervisor (Mike) and owner (Matt) were very good at communicating to me their findings and what that meant for me. Their estimates of time to complete the job were pretty spot on. When compared to my neighbors, the price to complete the repair seemed similar to what they paid through others. The crew arrived on time and cleaned up their mess and were respectful and cordial the entire time they were at my home. The repairs look good, passed inspection, and when I looked online to research their solutions as they presented them to me, appear to be the best thought out solution to stucco repair and water damage. They even informed me of best practices to complete the work on the other side of the walls that I was going to be doing myself. I recommend HomePRO for your construction and repair needs.

We called HomePRO because we encountered 2 issues in our 22 year old home:
1. Water leakage and damage around the second floor window of the master bedroom.
2. Cracks in the stucco on the second floor of the west wall related to possible construction issues when the house was built.

Matt got back to us soon after I called and scheduled a time to see the problems. He and Mike assessed the situation and explained what work needed to be done and the processes that they would use. The west wall issue was addressed first because the new window for the south wall would not arrive for 3 weeks. The weather was pretty severe during this time with heavy rains, wind, cold, etc. and the crew was able to work around those issues.

The crew was on time each day and they kept us informed as to the progress. They were efficient, polite, friendly and professional. We are very pleased with the outcomes of this project. I needed someone to repair damage to a west facing stucco exterior wall. I slopped some stucco patch on it myself but it looked lousy and not sure how long it would last before causing other problems.
