        It was a very pleasant experience purchasing a new bike at Bobs Cycle Center in Fair Oaks. The staff is very knowledgeable, experienced and eager to help find the right bike for your needs/desires. The bike I wanted was on sale but sold out in the size I needed. The staff member helping me (Chris) contacted the manufacturer and was able to get my size shipped to the store and they honored the sale price.

        Went in with the husband and he was asking the guys some questions and one of the guys acted as if what he was asking was too much a he was bugging him. Told the husband we are never going back!!
