Monarch Ford

First of all, I asked what is the first appointment of the day, they told me 8;00. I get there at 7:45, and you can tell they have been open for a while. I went there to have two tires put on my Edge. It seemed like they were going to work on them right away. I decided to take a walk. I came back 45 minutes later, I asked if they were almost finished. The response was "It's hard work to change tires." I waited another 45 minutes...still not finished. Finally the guys says the job is done my car is parked outside, just have to get the paper work done. 15 minutes goes by nothing. I get up from my seat to ask them what the hold up is. There is a gentleman at the counter, he doesn't know anything about my car. Finally they get my paperwork started. Then there is a problem with my credit card....another 15 minutes. The whole atmosphere there is like they are doing you a favor for bringing my car there. Why I drive from Visalia to Exeter I'll never know. Maybe it's because we had such a pleasant experience when we bought our cars there from a person salesmen named Chance. Will be taking my car to Visalia Ford from now on.

Terrible company, you can never get anyone to return your calls. Went there on my lunch break and applied for a used truck, they told me okay bring your trade-in in when you get off. So I returned at 5:15 at which point they were selling the truck to someone else and told me I would have to come back. Yet they tell you first come first serve. Nope they are liars and will never get my business.
