        In 2003 two ladies had a dream to change the image of the staffing industry. Throughout the years, staffing services have led their clients to believe the recruitment process, background checks, drug, alcohol screens, taxes, workers comp insurance, etc were all in compliance when in reality they were not. In addition, the contingent workers were not given the respect they deserve. Flexible Staffing continues to be aggressive in making positive changes in the staffing industry. AS a result, not only do we maintain compliance, we go above and beyond offering such incentives as: extensive safety training (OSHA Certifications), supplemental health insurance, weekly pay, bonuses, and most importantly full time jobs with full benefits.

        I've been on the job they placed me at for two years, full benefits and a promotion. The ladies call to see how I am. I am doing great and the company I work for has hired more people. GOOD JOB FLEXIBLE STAFFING LADIES.

        I have done business with them for several years now, fair, honest, reliable, and compassionate. They run a business on the up and up. If your looking for a place who does what they say then this is it. If your looking for hand outs, or a place to slack off, or a place you think you can slip by showing up late, then its not\t\n\t\nThe other reviews take with a salt shaker. There are givers and takers in this world and if you read between those lines it is clear who they are. Just sayin.

        As Flexible Staffing Telephone Vendor we are greeted promptly and their staff is always courteous! Flexible staffing has always paid their invoices in a timely fashion. KDL communications looks forward to great business relationship for many years to come.
