The office mgrs were Very Helpful and Pleasant! We're looking forward to moving in (HOPEFULLY) VERY SOON!
The apts and grounds here are well maintained, and apts have SO MUCH MORE SPACE & are well kept, than where we are now.!

New management is really rude and casey cant be trusted. Maintenance is worthless. Never had any problems when dee was there. She was very fair.

I have to agree with SMA517b about the appearance of this property. I lived there for a number of years and still have friends that live there. I visit my friends regularly and the place looks like the ghetto. Drains hanging from the buildings, dumpsters always full (people pulling up in run down trucks to dumpster dive and nothing done by management about it), I know that the place has not been painted for a number of years and it shows. The place is really run down since the new management took over. Wanda and Whitey were very good managers when they were in the office there. Not very well kept for the outrageous rent they charge if you are fortunate enough to pay to full rent. My friends are slowly moving to better communities. Only a few left now and they are so disgusted with the way the place is run that they are looking elsewhere too. I have been told that they are pet friendly ( small pets only under 25 lbs.) now with a 200.00 deposit and a monthly pet fee. It is supposed to be small animals and I have seen Husky's and German Shepherds on the property. That is not a small animal. The park is so run down that the children are rarely seen in it.

I personally moved when they brought in the new manager a few years ago. She is supposed to be a so called Christian woman but the actions I have witnessed myself and been told by friends is a whole other story. She is on a power trip and I fear she will fall of the pedestal she has put herself on when the residents wise up and turn her into HUD for the way she has let the place go. I have one friend that has been turning in to management a number of repairs that need done in her apartment for over a year now and still nothing being done about it. She is disgusted about it but feels that she is being treated poorly because she is low income and you get treated like you have the plague when you are poor.. If you are not low income and can afford to pay full rent, I would recommend that you choose another community. If you have small children I would also recommend that you look elsewhere. It is a drug and alcohol community. Local law enforcement is as big a joke as this community. It deserves a rating of a negative 10 with this management team.
